Group camping?
Primitive camping is free for the youth attendees in your established groups such as Scouts and Church organizations. The Ranch humbly requests and greatly appreciates that adult organizers and leaders continue to support the Ranch with their donations, ensuring its utilization for future generations of youth.
Regular camping? Nothing special?
Check out the special events calender if you just want to come and camp. If there is an event, you are welcome at all of them, but they may require special rates. Otherwise, we are a 24/7 campground and just 10 minutes off I75 at exit 293. Just pick your spot and we’ll come and find you. It’s that easy!
Do you have advance registrations?
Sure! and required for large groups. Please contact Joy at (352) 754-3082 or Ken at (407) 791-0181.
Do you have RV sites?
Yes, over 200 water and electric sites. See our regular rates. We request that adults in organized youth groups pay for RV hookups.
Do you allow golf carts?
You must provide proof of insurance on arrival. Carts must have lights at night! Licensed drivers only.
NO KIDS DRIVING CARTS! 10 MPH LIMIT
Can Fido come?
Bring ’em on, as long as they follow the rules and they are on a leash. No dogs in restrooms or under any rooftop. If they become a problem with other campers, you have got to take care of it. If we have complaints about your pet, they have to go home. If you have a pet with an attitude, leave him HOME AND PLEASE, CLEAN IT UP! The Ranch is not responsible for your pet!
Can we have a camp fire?
YES, you can have a camp fire! You can bring your own wood, but please do not cut wood from the Ranch! There are fire rings scattered around the campsites, just grab one or feel free to bring your own when the Ranch is full. Please do not leave your fire unattended! Remember – only you can prevent forest fires!
Do you have picnic tables?
Yep! There are about 70+ at the Ranch. Feel free to relocate one to your site, but be prepared with your own folding chairs and table in case the Ranch is full.
Do you have showers?
YES. There is one shower facility with 8 separate showers including 1 handicapped.
